- 4 cups arugula
- ½ cup fresh basil
- ½ cup feta
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon

Step 1
Combine pre-cooked quinoa, sliced almonds, dried cherries , arugula, basil and feta in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil with 2 tbsp lemon juice, the mustard and a pinch of salt. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
